ASTM A403 / A403M
Wrought austenitic stainless steel pipe fittings
Defines two main classes—WP and CR—of seamless and welded stainless fittings used in piping systems.
ASTM A511 / A511M
Seamless stainless tubing for mechanical applications
Specifies seamless stainless tubing for use where corrosion resistance or high-temperature strength is essential. All austenitic tubes must be delivered in an annealed condition.
ASTM A312 / A312M
Seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel pipes
Designed for use in high-temperature and corrosive environments, suitable for a broad range of industrial applications.
ASTM B161
Nickel and low-carbon nickel seamless pipe and tube
Covers UNS N02200 and N02201 cold-worked seamless products, tested for chemical composition, tensile properties, and integrity through nondestructive testing.
ASTM B163
Nickel and nickel alloy tubes for condensers and heat exchangers
Specifies mechanical and chemical properties, as well as testing protocols for seamless tubes intended for corrosive service.
ASTM B165
Nickel-copper alloy seamless pipe and tube

ASTM B366
Nickel and nickel alloy wrought fittings for pressure piping
Includes various welded fittings like elbows, reducers, and tees. Specifies material requirements, heat treatment, and inspection methods based on the grade and class.
ASTM B444
Nickel-chromium-molybdenum-columbium alloy seamless pipe and tube
Applies to cold-worked seamless tubes, with specific requirements for different heat-treated grades used in corrosive environments.
ASTM B619
Welded nickel and nickel-cobalt alloy pipe
Covers Class I and Class II welded pipes, requiring solution annealing and non-filler welding methods, followed by rigorous testing.
ASTM B729
Nickel alloy seamless pipe and tube for general corrosive service
Specifies requirements for UNS N08020, N08026, and N08024 alloys, including stabilization or annealing treatment and mechanical testing.
ASTM B564

ASTM A778 Stainless Steel Welded Pipe
ASTM A778 Stainless Steel Pipe is used in low to moderate temperature and is for unannealed, Welded Stainless Pipe. TP304L and TP316L are the most common Grades.
The pipe manufactured per ASTM A778 can be supplied as Cold Drawn or Hot Rolled. And can also be provided threaded, beveled and plain end. The material cannot be annealed or heat treated for hardening.
ASTM A790 / A790M
Seamless and welded duplex stainless steel pipe
Covers ferritic/austenitic stainless steel pipe, specifically designed for stress corrosion resistance. Includes comprehensive mechanical and nondestructive testing requirements.
ASTM A240 / SA240
ASTM A240 - Generally deals with chromium stainless steel and chromium-nickel stainless steel and is the most widely used standard for Sheets, Plates, Strips, and Coils of stainless steel.
This standard covers several grades of stainless steel and due to its outstanding properties like corrosion resistance, strength, toughness, and formability it is commonly used in Pressure Vessels, Food Processing, Chemical Processing and the Petrochemical Industry.
ASTM A276 / A276
ASTM A276 Scope: This specification covers hot-finished or cold-finished bars except bars for reforging. It includes rounds, squares, and hexagons, and hot-rolled or extruded shapes, such as angles, tees, and channels in stainless steels. The bars shall be furnished in one of the following conditions: Condition A in which the bars are annealed, Condition H in which the bars are hardened and tempered at a relative temperature, Condition T in which the bars are hardened and tempered at a relatively high temperature, Condition S in which the bars are strain hardened or relatively light cold worked, and Condition B in which the bars are relatively severe cold worked. The material shall be subjected to a mechanical test to determine its tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and Brinell Hardness.
