310/310S Stainless Steel
UNS 31008
Grade 310/310S is best known for high temperature service working well up to 2000 degrees F, where oxidation resistance is required. 310/310S is to be considered the premier high temperature performer among the common stainless grades. High nickel and moderate chromium content allow for improved resistance to high temperature cyclic oxidation, sulfidation and intergranular corrosion.
