Machining

Our machining services reshape and resize the original stock. We work with pipe, tubing, bar, plate, fittings, and flanges to meet your exact specifications. We can machine products complete to your drawings and technical requirements.

Structural and Pipe Bending and Rolling

Diversified Metal Products offers Bending and Rolling services. Pipe, Tube, Bar, Angle, Channel, Beams are capable of being formed with this process. Our capabilities include Tight-Radius Bends, Leg-In, Leg-Out, Heel-In and Heel-Out. Send your print or drawing for pricing.

Threading

We offer threading for pipe, fittings, flanges, and bar. Two common thread types are available:

  • NPT (National Pipe Thread) – Tapered
  • NPSM (National Standard Free-Fitting Straight Mechanical) – Straight Female threads are referred to as FPT and male threads as MPT.

Heat Treating

Heat treating process involves controlled heating and cooling of solid metals and alloys in order to manipulate the final mechanical properties. Essentially, heat treating changes the molecular structure of the materials to make it either harder or softer. Whether you're looking to improve machinability, increase fatigue resistance, or meet stringent industry specifications, our processes are carefully controlled to ensure consistent and reliable results.
